Emily is a professional Gospel Jazz vocalist who has headlined at numerous Christian coffee houses and concerts including “Samantha’s little bit of heaven” “Acts two Café” and “Last Chance Café”. Headlining two out of the last three years at The Nautical mile’s “Our Holy Reedemer” outdoor venue has been a wonderful occasion. She sings to glorify the Lord in every Church, concert, Jazz club and venue including festivals that she’s been in.
Singing and being interviewed live on numerous cable and internet shows was an exciting and thrilling experience. Inspired Blessings with Jean Marie Prince cable show, The Chapters rap Cable show live( in over 100 countries,) Channel 12 a local news program, and Dog is Good an internet show, etc. She truly enjoys the opportunities and has been asked to participate in more.
She was crowned Ms. Wheelchair NY USA 2016 with her platform of “Service Dogs: Changing Lives One Wag At A Time”. She was also awarded the prestigious “Woman of Distinction for 2016” for New York state for her work with the disabled and service dogs. Her trusted and brilliant service dog Carmel loves the limelight and will take a bow after Emily sings to the delight of her audiences.
She was so enthusiastic to sing on the second of Jean Marie Prince’s albums,” Inspired Blessings”. Singing on that album led to her meeting the producer for Emily Rachael’s first album which she is co-writing two songs. That album is currently being recorded.
What makes Emily Rachael a standout is her unique style of blending gospel with a bluesy/jazzy feel to contemporary Christian music. She adds to her voice her skills of changing the styles of the songs she sings to make them her own. And she does!
